Stone Real Estate and RN Realty to Join Forces
Chicago, IL – Two longstanding Chicago commercial real estate firms have merged to broaden their capabilities to serve commercial real estate tenants, landlords and investors. The principals of Stone Real Estate and RN Realty have merged into one collaborative team under the Stone Real Estate umbrella.
RN Realty principals Leigh Rabman and Noah O’Neill will join Stone Real Estate as principals, joining John Vance and Jason Gustaveson as stockholders, expanding Stone’s capabilities to include additional leasing strength as well as investment sales and advisory services. Longtime Stone Senior Associates Megan Giroux, Will Winter and Jamie Kaplan will continue to serve the combined clients of the firm.
