Located in the heart of Chicago’s River North and Loop district, THE MART offers several leasing opportunities for retailer and service tenants on the Second Level:
1. The Food Hall: Located just outside of The Mart’s own L station, the Food Hall offers a variety of food offerings, including The Fat Shallot (under construction), Sunny Bowls, Blackwood BBQ, Billy Goat Tavern, Potbelly, Just Salad, Dunkin Donuts, Habanero and Mezza Grill
2. Worklife Renew: This new area of The MART is anchored by Thomas West Salon and we are seeking several new health & wellness options to create a healthy zone of options.
3. Arcade: Along the main concourse is a mix of restaurants and service tenants that provide daily needs services to tenants and visitors to the building. These include Protein Bar, Halsted Street Deli, Amazon Go and FedEx.
4. Worklife Wellbeing: This new 23,000 square foot full service fitness center will serve building tenants and guests for a state of the art fitness experience. We are seeking a juice operator for a space adjacent to Worklife Wellbeing.
