Noah O'Neill
Principal
Noah joined Stone Real Estate in 2021, after spending 13 years as a principal of RN Realty, where he established the firm’s brokerage division. With nearly two decades of real estate experience, his first several years were spent with LaSalle Bank (now Bank of America) in their commercial lending division. Since then, Noah has built a diverse client base, taking on various roles across tenant and landlord leasing representation, investment sales and assisting banks with distressed properties. Noah has represented national landlords including Goldman Sachs, Westwood Financial, Alvarez and Marsal, Crescent Heights, MLL Capital, Tabani Group and TM Crowley & Associates. He has handled retail site selection for CVS, All Day Kitchens, PetSuites of America and Smoothie King.
Noah attended Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and graduated with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed managing broker in the states of Illinois and Indiana. Noah and his family live in Chicago’s Southport Corridor. He has invested in his community and is determined to bring more retail businesses to his neighborhood as a member of the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce Business Recruitment Committee. Additionally, Noah is a founding member of the National Down Syndrome Society’s Postsecondary Education Scholarship Initiative.
Attention to Retail
Ironically, when Noah transitioned from the financing of real estate to the brokerage side, the first lease he negotiated was with Stone Real Estate. Since executing that initial restaurant deal in a Chicago Loop high rise office building, Noah’s sales and leasing expertise has expanded across the Midwest. His portfolio has grown to include a variety of retail uses, office, industrial and medical spaces, and his dedication to his clients is evident in the white glove service he prides himself on providing.
